Really impressed with how quickly and professionally this has been managed. We arranged the survey last Friday for the following Tuesday and we have already received the report! Super speedy but very detailed as well. In the whole process of buying our house Chroma have given the best service out of everyone, I would 100% recommend them. Competitive prices and very helpful with any questions you have. The report was detailed and with photos (you have to pay extra for this) but everything was explained clearly on the report and enabled us to see things that we had previously missed or not thought about. I would definitely recommend Chroma after my experience with Tom Pallas. He carried out the survey in a timely way, and was clear and personable in his communication. I had a fire certification issue arise after the survey was completed, and Tom was able to have a telephone call with me (pretty much immediately!) which really helped me to distill the presenting issues. I liked how Tom was balanced and thoughtful in his professional views. Tracey Tompkins was also very efficient when dealing with the administrative side.
