A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 25 years’ experience in valuation, development, investment and property management.

Keith has a vast breadth of experience working at Director and Senior Manager levels in both the private and public sectors respectively and is an accomplished team leader. He has acted for major private estate landlords, national retail clients, large national charitable trusts, local authorities and a huge array of satisfied private clients.

Coupling professionalism with a personal and friendly approach, a wealth of knowledge in the property industry including acting as Expert Witness at First Tier Tribunals, speaking on valuation matters at RICS and Leasehold Forum events enables him to add value to clients in almost any case. When Keith is not in the office, he can be found on the golf course or a squash court.

Jo is the administrative strength behind the scenes running the management, accounting and administrative functions of the firm. She efficiently oversees the management of our offices and excels in the multifaceted role.

Before joining Chroma Surveyors, Jo devoted 15 years to serving a National Charity in a leadership position whilst being a wife and full time mother of 3. She is used to juggling responsibilities and with experience in banking, customer service and administration, she ensures the smooth running of the business.

When Jo is not busy in the office, she can be found playing tennis, trying to play golf or relaxing with her Ragdoll cats.

Daniel studied Construction Management at Brighton University before starting a career in residential estate agency in 2004. Over the next 10 years he would enjoy both life at a large corporate company and then transitioning to a small independent firm in Surrey. Having reached the position of sales director, Daniel decided it was time to return to his roots in the surveying industry.

Daniel is now a chartered MRICS surveyor and registered valuer, specialising in Leasehold Reform. He assists clients in extending their leases and those who wish to buy their freehold through collective enfranchisement. Daniel has assisted hundreds of leaseholders and freeholders all over the country and is well equipped to negotiate a successful premium in the most cost effective manor for his clients. Daniel has also assisted the First Tier Tribunal acting as an expert witness.

In 2020 Daniel opened the Chroma London Office, which can provide residential and commercial valuations, along with pre purchase surveys.

Outside of the office Daniel enjoys playing tennis and generally keeping fit, so he can keep up with his two children Jacob and Robyn!

“Having graduated in International Business from Loughborough University, Tom cut his teeth in a residential agency, running a flagship office for one of the largest corporate estate agents in London. Wanting to forge a professional career and, having always had a passion for the built environment, it was a natural progression for Tom to gain his qualification as an AssocRICS Registered Valuer.

Tom specialises in pre-purchase surveys of all types, helping clients to further their understanding of their chosen property – giving them the reassurance needed to guide them through what can be a difficult and intimidating process at times.

Living in Wimbledon but raised on the South Coast, Tom has extensive knowledge of the South East of England, and an understanding of the London boroughs and local property markets which would rival most black cab drivers!

On the evenings and at weekends, you’ll either find Tom walking his miniature Dachshund called Dora (picture on request) on Wimbledon Common or finding sanctuary on the golf course. Playing off a handicap of 3, he’s our secret weapon for corporate golf days, should you wish to invite him!”

Gabi has been with us since 2018 working in a multi-faceted role whist she studied for her undergrad at Lancaster University where she specialised in finance. After graduating she took on a permanent position undertaking valuation work and specialising in Leasehold Enfranchisement and has recently made the exciting decision to move up to Leicester to open our Leicester office.

Gabi has been a wonderful asset to the company as she has been involved with the growth in many areas, helping in marketing and business development across the firm.

Gabi is currently working towards gaining AssocRICS accreditation and has more recently taken on the additional role of property manager, launching this new service of the business.

During her downtime, she enjoys a good glass of red wine, a sunny walk in the countryside and playing golf.

Richard graduated in 2004 from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in French and Business Management, from which he decided to pursue his dreams of starting a career in property. He worked for a large International firm before returning to University to undertake a Masters in International Property to facilitate becoming a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

After successfully completing his Masters degree he became qualified as a commercial energy assessor, building up his knowledge of building pathology. From there he joined a small independent chartered surveying firm based in Surrey, became chartered, specialising in Leasehold Reform and helped grow the company, starting from the position of surveyor reaching Director.

Richard then moved to Tunbridge Wells and with this move he joined Vail Williams in 2019, where he undertook commercial and high end residential valuations and residual valuations, predominantly for secured lending purposes for lenders.

Richard is our most recent addition to Chroma Surveyors and with almost 20 years of experience in the property industry combined with his skill and expertise in Leasehold Reform, clients can have confidence in his valuations and consequent negotiations. He has also represented clients at the first Tier Tribunal, with an Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.

Out of work, Richard loves spending time with his growing family or playing sport, mainly golf and tennis. He is also a keen fly fisherman.
