In addition to the large number of private clients that we serve, we act for National Charities including The Salvation Army carrying out surveys and valuations of properties across the UK for acquisition or disposal in accordance with Charities Act requirements. We have also acted for a number of Local Authorities including BCP Council on leasehold enfranchisement claims, Phi Capital a fund acquiring residential properties across the UK for Local Authorities and Brick Lane a major UK fund acquiring residential properties across the UK for whom we have developed a bespoke survey report.

In the last year or so we have acted for Aster Communities, a large registered housing provider on statutory lease extensions, a family company valuing a retail portfolio across the UK and we have provided valuations and complex Expert Evidence at First Tier Tribunals for the Meyrick Estate, one or the largest private estates outside of the major London estates.

Additionally, our Managing Director has extensive experience of providing Estates and Valuation advice for East Sussex County Council, has acted for Sussex Police Authority and previously was Head of Property for Bedford Borough Council.
