Supplementary reports on mains electrics, gas, water and private drainage systems included within the report.

A bespoke survey format, organising a comprehensive and detailed survey in an easy-to digest format, with key findings laid out in an executive summary.

An RICS-regulated market valuation, taking into account the condition of the property as seen during our inspection.

A legal summary sent to your lawyer post-inspection, raising any areas of concern or enquiry for them to follow-up on – in additional to ongoing communication and support from the appointed surveyor to the extent they find beneficial.
