Charitable Giving
One of our core values is generosity, to give back to our local communities and those in need. As a company we support a number of charities regularly including Chroma Compassion based in Leicester, My Time Young Carers based in Bournemouth and CAP which is a national charity.

Chroma Compassion
Chroma Compassion is a local charity whose mission is to help rebuild and restore hope in people’s lives which they do through a variety of channels. They provide an outreach programme in Leicester through a food bank that distributes provisions to people and families in crisis and in real need. Chroma Compassion also work alongside CAP, supporting those who are struggling financially with debt. They provide 1 on 1 support, advice and financial aid as well as having access to the wider services provided by CAP nationally.
As a church-based charity, they are also able to provide emotional support and community to care for people struggling in personal circumstances too.
Compassion – seeing the value of the person and acting on it.
Christians Against Poverty (CAP)
Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is a national charity working to help those in crippling debt find a lasting solution to debt and poverty. CAP provides multiple programmes to support those struggling financially. These include CAP Job Club which aids people in finding employment as well as helping people gain the skills needed to find work. CAP Fresh Start which gives support to people with life-controlling habits, by taking them through an 8-week course, providing a supportive community and offering one-to-one sessions. Lastly, CAP Life Skills which offers practical advice on how to survive on low income, making smart financial decisions. This charity has seen many lives transformed and we are excited to be supporting them in their mission.

My Time Young Carers
My Time Young Carers is a local charity that believes in raising extensive awareness of young carers and helping them to be able to receive the support, opportunities and friendship that every child needs and deserves. They work to provide a positive impact on young carers’ physical, mental and emotional wellbeing as well as their academic outcomes and future prospects.

• Create much-needed breaks for young carers and safe spaces where they can be themselves
• Offer social opportunities for young carers to connect with one another
• Empower young carers with new skills, confidence, and self-worth
• Identify training opportunities and pathways to employment for young adult carers
• Educate schools, local authorities, and communities to increase support and understanding for young carers
• Provide support to young carer parents, siblings, and other family members
• Provide a voice for young carers within government and wider society
